Professional Experience

• National VP of Community and Funder Engagement: Developed Community Outreach and Sales Function and the organizational framework for Cross-Functional Growth team. (Operations, Marketing, Recruiting, Contracts, and Intake) to promote growth in: Seattle, Denver, Inland Empire CA, and Hawai’i.
• Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant: Identified acquisitional targets and market entry criterion to launch services in Hawai’i for center-based ABA provider.
• Mergers and Integrations Consultant: Assisted in defining the Integrations Management Office (IMO) to support the development of Integration Play book to support aggressive M&A strategy.
• Operational Leadership and Support: Directed and supported teams to build a $25M per year practice.
• Director of Strategy and Development: Created blueprints for national expansion. Directed the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple service lines. Sourced Acquisitions.
• National Behavioral Health Practice President/Leader: Developed the national behavioral health practice. Directed growth strategies, policy and clinical development of Early Intervention, Special Education, and ABA services. Opened 2 centers and 2 new cost centers.
• International Executive Liaison: Consulted with New Zealand based home care company to foster growth and scale.
• Statewide Director of Early Intervention' and Developmental Disabilities Services: Operationally directed 500 employees across the state of Hawai’i, throughout 12 offices. Successfully integrated Trumpet BH(HI).
• Operational Leadership and Support: Directed and Supported teams to build an $11M per year practice.
• Director of Business Development: Secured multiple statewide contracts (DOE, EI) and Medicare CONs for all four counties in Hawai’i to deliver Home Health services.
• Statewide Director of Behavioral Health and DD Services: Directed 5 offices throughout the State of Hawai’i operational leader for 250 employees.

• Vice President and Strategy Chair: Developed and executed on strategy for largest autism resource organization in state of Hawai'i.
• Founder and Facilitator:  Created, recruited for, and facilitated professional organizations representing government contracted service providers.
• Professional Co-Chair:  Served as co-chair of community council to bring together public schools,  parents and providers in Leeward Oahu.
  
• Vice President-Sustainability Chair:  Facilitated community development group focusing on areas of responsible development, environmental sustainability and smart growth.
  
• Membership/Recruiting Chair:  Doubled organizational membership in two years.
